Latin America and the Caribbean

Employer and Business Membership Organizations (EBMOs) in Latin America have played a critical role in responding to the different crisis in the region.
ACT/EMP is working with EBMOs in the region to promote business resilience, increased productivity, and more effective social dialogue processes to promote business development and the creation of more decent work.  The sustainability and resilience of business organizations themselves (member retention, income generation, diversification of digital services, etc.), is also critical to ensure their continued participation in social dialogue in the search for productive, economic and social development, with sustainable enterprises and decent work for all.
