The regional seminars for labour-based practitioners are held every one and a half - two years, bringing together practitioners, policy makers, planners, implementers, researchers and academics from the all over the world to discuss and exchange views on specific themes related to employment intensive investments and local level planning.
The proceedings and papers offer a unique rich source of knowledge on the issues, challenges, best practices and research findings on the application of labour-based technologies and local level planning.
